Digital Interactive TV, Mobile and SMS enabled Applications

MediaCorp Online help organisations deliver learning and other suitable services through digital tv and mobile devices such as mobile phones and pda's. One example is our pc booking system, used by the libraries in the North Lanarkshire Council areas. This gives registered users the ability to log in and book a pc via mobile phone or digital tv. We also SMS-enable our applications in key areas where it delivers business benefit. Adding an automated SMS reminder service to our pc booking system helped significantly reduce the number of unfulfilled bookings.
