What is e-learning?

Put simply, e-learning is the use of technology (computers, the internet, iPad, smart phones, et cetera) to enable people to learn any time and anywhere.  It means learning can be delivered more quickly and flexibly to more diverse workforce groups in wider geographical locations than ever before.
